Coronavirus update: 8 December
The Government has announced the move to ‘Plan B’ in England. This has implications for people working or volunteering in Yorkshire’s Museums.

The new measures that impact museums are:
- Face coverings
- From Friday 10 December, face coverings will become compulsory in most public indoor venues, such as museums and galleries
- Work from home
- From Monday13th December, employees should work from home if they can
- Covid pass
- From 15th December a small number of museums may be required to use the NHS Covid Pass for entry (unseated indoor events with 500 or more attendees)
