Volunteer Leader of the Year Nomination Form
The Heritage Volunteering Group is here to help you unlock the power of volunteering through collaboration and sharing best practice. Through our Volunteer Leader of the Year Award, we celebrate and share innovative and outstanding examples of volunteer leadership and management within our sector.
The award recognises achievements in three key areas of volunteer leadership:
1. Innovation: Projects and activities that demonstrate new and improved approaches to volunteering
2. Collaboration: Working with others to create transformative or outstanding volunteering experiences for individuals or organisations
3. Passion: Going beyond what could reasonably be expected of a volunteer leader or manager
We want to celebrate the achievements of those who have made a difference. Whether a Volunteer Coordinator, part-time supervisor, paid or unpaid, if you know someone who has made a real difference to their organisations or their volunteers, then we want to know about it.
Nominations are welcome from all areas of the heritage sector but must be received by midday on 21st October 2022.
To support the nomination process please read the guidance and the frequently asked questions.
