Museum Estate and Development Fund (MEND) Round 3 North area webinar – for museums that intend to apply

The MEND fund from Arts Council England (ACE) is for capital expenditure grants from £50,000 to £5 million to undertake vital infrastructure and urgent maintenance backlog work to non-national Accredited museums. This is an open-access capital fund for non-national Accredited museums and/or local authorities who are responsible for maintenance of non-national Accredited museum buildings to apply for funding to undertake vital infrastructure and urgent maintenance backlogs which are beyond the scope of day-to-day maintenance budgets.

Expressions of Interest opened on 6th March, the deadline is 21st April 2023. To follow on from the ACE webinar held on 27th February, this webinar is aimed at organisations based in the North of England that are submitting an EOI. It is an opportunity to hear from Katharine Boardman, Relationship Manager, Museums at ACE who will be sharing information on the programme, key things to think about for your application, followed by Q&A.
