Museum Estate and Development Fund (MEND) Round 2 North area webinar – for museums that intend to apply
31st May 2022, 14.00-15.30 via zoom
The MEND fund is for capital expenditure grants from £50,000 to £5 million to undertake vital infrastructure and urgent maintenance backlog work to non-national Accredited museums. This is an open-access capital fund for non-national Accredited museums and/or local authorities who are responsible for maintenance of non-national Accredited museum buildings to apply for funding to undertake vital infrastructure and urgent maintenance backlogs which are beyond the scope of day-to-day maintenance budgets.
To follow on from the ACE webinar held on the 28th April, this webinar is aimed at organisations based in the North of England that are submitting an EOI. It is an opportunity to hear from Katharine Boardman, Relationship Manager, Museums at ACE who will be sharing information on the programme, key things to think about for your application, followed by Q&A.
If you haven’t watched the national ACE webinar already, you can find it here along with the slide deck and FAQs. We advise you watch the recording before attending the session on the 31 May as it may answer some of your questions.
