Have your say – Training provision in Yorkshire
Museum Development Yorkshire is undertaking a training needs analysis for museums in the Yorkshire and Humber region, as part of its contractual commitment to Arts Council England, and to inform the development of regional training provision. All questions apply equally to the training and development needs of museum staff and volunteers.
By completing this survey you will help us respond to the training and development needs of your museum, and make effective use of our public funding provided through Arts Council England.
The deadline for completing this survey is 23:59 on Monday 19th November.

MDY is collaborating with ACE, the YH Federation of Museums and Galleries, the Museums Association and the Yorkshire Emerging Museum Professionals group in conducting this survey.
Who should complete this survey?
A single response is sought from each museum organisation. Individual responses are also welcomed. Data will be used on the basis it relates to an individual or organisation as specified.
How long will it take?
The survey should take 15 minutes to complete.
What will happen to survey responses?
Responses will be treated confidentially, and the survey report will use anonymised responses, and key findings will be shared with museums in the region. Anonymised survey data will be shared with regional partners to support collaboration on training provision.
