Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Cohort
MDY are offering an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion learning cohort in January-March 2022, which will explore the broadest understanding of diversity and inclusion, and an organisational response to this.
The cohort will be delivered through four online sessions focused on awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion. The final session will support you to produce an organisational Equality Action Plan, with follow-up mentoring support to review your draft plan.
These sessions are complementary to the stand-alone training sessions which focus on addressing equity and equality in relation to race and ethnicity.
