Delivered by the Disability Collaborative Network and EMBED, this 90 minute webinar focussed on new reopening recommendations and actions produced by DCN, EMBED and University of East Anglia for all sectors, including museums and heritage organisations. These recommendations are aimed at supporting the changing needs of your diverse visitors, those visitors that are still shielding and require digital support as well as common factors which will affect the visitor experience in museums such as signage, navigation, interpretation and customer service.
