Anim18 Final Round of Bursaries

Animat18 is a yearlong national touring programme supported by ACE, BFI and The British Council.

They have just launched a final round of small bursaries (up to £500) for organisations  – especially Museums and Libraries – who’d like to;

  • bring in an animator, digital creative or other artist
  • deliver a workshop or other activity in response to their Animation Pack  – available here: www.anim18.co.uk/pack.

Projects can be done as a public workshop, a school engagement session, a CPD session, or in another way that will help your organisation to experiment with animation activity.

Creations shared with Anim18 on Instagram/Twitter: @Anim18UK #Anim18 will be included in the Animation Challenge, and eligible to receive prizes including a professional armature set from Animation Toolkit.

Interested organisations need to registered fairly soon and the activity will has to take place before the end of November 2018.

Organisations don’t have to have an animator to make an application as Anim18 can provide contacts for artists / animators. Bursaries will be offered on a first come first served basis.

To apply, please contact rebecca@filmhubwales.org with a short description of:

  • your organisation
  • what you’d like to do
  • when you’d like to do it
  • who would take part in the activity
  • how many people you would aim to reach
  • a breakdown of costs
